As part of efforts to strengthen academic and scientific collaboration, a bilateral cooperation agreement was signed on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, between Abou Bekr Belkaïd University – Tlemcen and the National Higher School of Fine Arts “Ahmed Rabah and Salim Assala” in Algiers.

The signing ceremony took place at the university rectorate headquarters – city center campus, and was overseen by MEGHACHOU Mourad , University Rector, and Pr.TARCHAOUI Belhaj , Director of the Higher School of Fine Arts, in the presence of officials from both institutions.

This agreement aims to support artistic training and scientific research through launching joint projects and programs, organizing conferences and practical workshops, as well as fostering academic and scientific exchanges between faculty and students, especially at the doctoral level.

This initiative forms part of a comprehensive partnership vision designed to strengthen the relationship between the university and specialized artistic training institutions and to advance artistic and academic excellence in Algeria.
